We are in profound and beautiful energetic shift within Humanity, Mother Gaia and the Cosmos. Solar flares and planetary alignments are bringing in new energy. Even the Schumann Resonance of the planet is responding. I believe this is all to support the awakening of humanity, shifting us into higher dimensions, recalibrating us and restoring our DNA to be the New Human. Many share that what this really means is that we are coming back to the truth of our Divinity and who we really are and the role that we play within the Cosmos. This is such a magnificent time to be alive. To watch the unfolding of humanity to unite and honor the duality of nature, light/dark, shadow/holiness, humanity/divinity, masculine/feminine, and we could go on and on. As a collective we are in a place of chaos, confusion, doubt and unknown.

But this is really just the raw cosmic energy of creation. Something very big is happening and it's an honor to be a part of it.

It's incredible to see so many waking gifts and remembering their intuitive abilities. This is showing up in so many different ways and their are countless modalities and facilitators that are supporting people on this unfolding journey. 

Even with this mystery, magic and grandness there is much we must heal, pass through, witness and love within ourselves and humanity as a whole. Even the Earth has much that needs to be transmuted. With all of this big big energy it can be hard on the human, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies. The physical body isn't yet calibrated to these higher frequencies and it can show in many ways.

One of my main areas of focus is the support of the physical body to release, process, transmute, re-wire, re-program and heal all that it has been holding onto to embrace and integrate all aspects of the self while recalibrating to allow in higher multi-dimensional frequencies, activate DNA and assist awakening. My goal is to create greater ease, harmony and expansion without the body getting blown out in the process.
